Dr. Rigoberto Advincula, Director of Petro Case Institute and Professor of Molecular Chemistry at CWRU will give a presentation on the science of fracking fluid/water and options available to minimize or eliminate environmental issues.
Dr. Ted Auch from OhioFractracker who spoke last week will also attend and the two speakers will interact and entertain questions. We appreciate Dr. Auch 's willingness to make a follow-up visit.

9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Students in grades 4 - 8 are welcomed for a two day camp to explore TV, tech and movies and learn to create online animations and movies based on their favorite characters from the Big Bang theory. Students explore why they love comics and how to make them online.

Event Listing - Wildlife Wendy's Tropical Birds Show
The Gates Mills Branch Library welcomes Wildlife Wendy's Tropical Birds Show -- an entertaining and educational program for all ages. The one hour program features parrots that perform prop tricks, talking, singing, and free-flight. Audience participation is included in the 25 minute performance, followed by meet-n-greet with the trainers and birds. Audience members are encouraged to take photos and visit the library to check out books!
Due to the bird flights, the program will take part at the Gate Mills Community House.
