For many years now, the Village of Gates Mills has partnered with the Heritage Home Program. It is part of the well regarded Cleveland Restoration Society, a regional historic preservation organization. The Heritage Home Program offers no-cost, expert technical assistance for older homes built before 1976, and appraised at less than $750,000.
