Speakers Fran Teresi and Anna Draa will offer perspectives from the political and science areas involved.
Fran Teresi is a village official from the Village of Garresttsville in Portage County and was instrumental in getting a study and plan in place to protect the community drinking water wells . This was a proactive move that has been unique throughout this part of the country.
Anna Draa was one of the lead geologists who did the study and drew up the plan for Garrettsville.
