Public Records Request

The Village Of Gates Mills will provide public records by specific request in compliance with "The Public Records Act". All requests shall be processed with the records being provided within a reasonable time of the request.

Public records can be requested at any time and are available for pick up Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (except holidays).

You may complete this form to indicate your request. The records officer shall review the request and determine if the records requested comply with "The Public Records Act" and make the qualifying request available. The record officer shall also notify you if a fee is required prior to the records being made available. All required fees must be paid before receiving the requested records.
