The Continuance of the 11/19/24 and 12/17/24 appeal hearing will be held to discuss the public nuisance and unsafe structure located at 640 Chagrin River Road.

A Special Meeting of the Architecural Review Board will be held at the Town Hall Council Chambers following the  5:00 p.m. Historical Review Board Meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to review the revised new house plans for:

640 Chagrin River Road.

A Finance/Budget Committee meeting will be held on Monday, December 16 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Hall,  Council Chambers.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the budget updates for 2024 and 2025, and discuss the sidewalk and lighting project, capital needs and Rumpke.
