Our construction process is designed to minimize disruption while delivering lasting infrastructure. We'll use directional drilling to create underground pathways for fiber cables and carefully restore all disturbed areas, including reseeding grass and repairing driveways. You may notice temporary equipment parking, minor traffic changes, or brief access to sidewalks or lawns as our crews work efficiently through your neighborhood.

 

When will service be available? Major construction begins in January 2026 and will progress through Gates Mills over the following months. As our team reaches each street, we'll deliver door hangers notifying residents that work is beginning in their area. These door hangers provide information on what to expect when crews are in your area and how to request service.
