THE NOVEMBER 3, 2026 GENERAL ELECTION
The November 3, 2026 General Election ballot features the US Senate, Members of Congress, Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Auditor and Treasurer, Supreme Court, State House, State Senate and local judicial seats as well as municipal and school issues.
Voters may cast ballots by mail, vote Early In-Person or go to the polls on Election Day. Information concerning the three voting methods is available on the Board of Elections website: boe.cuyahogacounty.gov.
New Election Rule for Voting by Mail: If you Vote-by-Mail be aware of a new deadline for ballot returns. Vote-by-Mail Ballots must be returned to the Board of Elections on or before 7:30 pm on November 3, 2026.
Voters are advised to allow the Postal Service at least 3 to 5 days to deliver their ballot to the Board of Elections. A secure ballot Drop Box is available 24 hours a day in the parking lot of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections located at 1803 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.
When voting Early In-Person at the Board of Elections or when voting on Election Day Photo Identification is required. A list of acceptable voting identifications is listed on the Board of Elections website.
