MAYFIELD SCHOOL SYSTEM LIAISON COMMITTEE MEETING

Purpose: To discuss planning, activities, and communication strategies with the school district.

The Continuance of the 11/19/24, 12/17/24, and 12/23/24 appeal hearing will be held to discuss the public nuisance and unsafe structure located at 640 Chagrin River Road.

A Meeting of the Wastewater System Committee will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, Council Chambers.

The purpose of the meeting is to review updates on Hunt Club wastewater treatment plant project.

A Special Meeting of the Tree Canopy Subcommittee will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: A planning meeting with the Gates Mills Garden Club regarding the removal of invasives at the Arboretum.
